Twenty-two posts offices in Alaska will be open Sundays Dec. 15 and Dec. 22, according to a release from the U.S. Postal Service:

  • Anchorage Russian Jack: 801 Northway Drive — 8 to 11 a.m.
  • Anchorage Spenard: 1601 West Northern Lights Boulevard — 8 to 11 a.m.
  • Anchorage Sand Lake: 2200 Strawberry Road — 8 to 11 a.m.
  • Anchorage Lake Otis: 5855 Lake Otis Parkway — 8 to 11 a.m.
  • Anchorage Midtown: 3721 B Street — 8 to 11 a.m.
  • Anchorage Muldoon: 2420 Muldoon Road — 8 to 11 a.m.
  • Anchorage Huffman: 1221 Huffman Park Drive — 8 to 11 a.m.
  • Anchorage Eastchester: 800 Ingra Street — 8 to 11 a.m.
  • Wasilla Main: 401 North Main Street — 8 to 11 a.m.
  • Wasilla Annex: 626 N Bobby Day Circle — 8 to 11 a.m.
  • Fairbanks Main: 5400 Mail Trail Road — 8 to 11 a.m.
  • Fairbanks College: 755 Fairbanks Street — 8 to 11 a.m.
  • Fairbanks North Pole: 325 S Santa Claus Lane — 8 to 11 a.m.
  • Juneau Mendenhall: 9491 Vintage Boulevard — 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
  • Ketchikan: 3609 Tongass Avenue — 10 to noon
  • Sitka: 1207 Sawmill Creek Road — 10 to noon
  • Eagle River: 11471 Business Boulevard — 8 to 11 a.m.
  • Palmer: 500 South Cobb Street — 8 to 11 a.m.
  • Homer: 3658 Heath Street — 8 to 10 a.m.
  • Kenai: 140 Bidarka Street — 8 to 10 a.m.
  • Soldotna: 175 North Binkley Street — 8 to 10 a.m.

The release also gives some important deadlines for Alaskans to remember if they want their packages delivered by Christmas Day:

  • Dec. 18 — Alaska to mainland First-Class Mail service
  • Dec. 19 — Alaska to mainland Priority Mail service
  • Dec. 21 — Alaska to mainland Priority Mail Express service
