Public charter flights from Unalaska have been approved by the U.S. Department of Transportation, the City of Unalaska said Tuesday.

The city says they will serve as the public charter operator, while Corvus Airlines managed by Ravn Air Alaska will provide airplanes and flight crews.

Reservations are available now for the following flights:

  • Nov. 6
    • Anchorage to Unalaska, departing at 9 a.m. and arriving 12:30 p.m.
    • Unalaska to Anchorage, departing 3:30 p.m. and arriving 6:30 p.m.

  • Nov. 7
    • Anchorage to Unalaska, departing at 12:30 p.m. and arriving 4 p.m.
    • Unalaska to Anchorage, departing 5 p.m. and arriving 8 p.m.

  • Nov. 8
    • Anchorage to Unalaska, departing at 7 a.m. and arriving 10:30 a.m.
    • Unalaska to Anchorage, departing 1:30 p.m. and arriving 4:30 p.m.

  • Nov. 11
    • Anchorage to Unalaska, departing at 7 a.m. and arriving 10:30 a.m.
    • Unalaska to Anchorage, departing 1:30 p.m. and arriving 4:30 p.m.

The city says they expect to offer flights between Anchorage and Unalaska three days a week until regular air service resumes. The cost for each one-way flight is $600.
