A man is dead after an accident at the Moose Run Golf Course in Anchorage this weekend.

In a release from Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, officials say 39-year-old Dunstan Wagner died in a utility vehicle accident.

He was pronounced dead at the scene just before noon Aug. 18, according to the statement.

According to the Moose Run company website, Wagner was an Operations Clerk and assisted with organizing golf tournaments.

Wagner's personal Facebook page says he was the Assistant Golf Course Manager at Moose Run Golf Course.  It also shows he was also married.

A public affairs officer with JBER said Gen. Charles Q. Brown, commander of Pacific Air Force will determine who is in charge of the investigation.

The Air Force and a safety investigation board will investigate the cause and events surrounding Wagner's untimely death.

The public affairs officer also confirmed his family has been informed of his death.
