It's time for children to get back into school mode.

And, perhaps it's a more difficult task this year given the warm, summery weather.

On Friday, the Cook Inlet Tribal Council held its first-ever Fab Fest Stem and Culture day.

Native Alaskan and American Indian kids were able to participate in some STEM activities and educational displays.

Kids got to play at 19 different stations, learning about science, technology, engineering and math.

All while having a little fun, too.
