Dip netting in the Upper Cook Inlet is done for the season and it's time for fishermen to let the state know how many fish they caught.

People have until Thursday, Aug. 15 to report their personal use harvest numbers from the Kenai and Kasilof rivers dip net fisheries, Fish Creek fishery and Kasilof River gillnet.

The Alaska Department of Fish and Game requires all permit holders to report their harvests, even if they didn’t catch any fish.

Fishermen are encouraged to respond online but paper copies can be mailed or hand-delivered to local Fish and Game offices.
