A storm system is spreading much-needed moisture across Southcentral, increasing our winds, and bringing the potential for thunderstorms.

Breezy winds will continue through Monday evening. Moderate rainfall will continue for the coastal areas of the Kenai Peninsula and Prince William Sound through Tuesday.

Further inland we'll see chances for isolated showers and isolated thunderstorms, especially near the mountains. When the thunder roars, go indoors!

Temperatures will hold near 70° through Wednesday, but then it's back to the mid-70s with more sunshine for the end of the week.

Enjoy the clean and cooler air!
