Anchorage police are investigating after finding two people dead inside of a Price Street apartment on Friday.
Police were first notified of the deaths when someone called dispatch just after 12 p.m. to report they had found a woman dead inside of her apartment, according to a community alert from the Anchorage Police Department.
Officers responded to the residence, on the 700 block of Price Street, and found two victims inside.
"Officers made observations at the scene that have prompted them to take a closer look at the circumstances surrounding the deaths," the alert said. "The crime scene team has responded to process the area."
Detectives are not searching for any information or seeking suspects at this time, the alert said.
Cause of death will be determined by the state medical examiner.
