APD seeks more victims in attempted child sex abuse
Anchorage police are seeking any other victims of a man charged with abusing a child in a 2018 case, following his arrest last week.
A Wednesday statement from police asked for any other victims of 49-year-old Eric H. Larsen to come forward, after detectives investigated an Oct. 29 report of “attempted sexual abuse.” Larsen was taken into custody Feb. 14 and charged with second-degree solicitation of sexual abuse of a minor, as well as online enticement of a minor.
“Larsen’s victim was someone he knew,” police wrote. “Since Larsen’s arrest, detectives have continued to investigate and now have cause to believe there may be other victims.”
Larsen remains in custody, police said.
Anyone with information on the case or additional victims Larsen may have had is asked to call Detective Childers at 907-786-8505, or APD dispatchers at 311.
