Nearly 200 people braved single-digit temperatures and wind gusts off Juneau's Gastineau Channel to hold a candlelight memorial for the three crew members on the Guardian Flight medevac plane that disappeared in Southeast Alaska.

At 6:19 p.m. — the time the flight was to arrive Tuesday night — everyone paused for a moment of silence to remember pilot Patrick Coyle, flight nurse Stacie Rae Morse and flight paramedic Margaret Langston.

Morse was pregnant at the time the plane went missing. Her friend, Erin San Angelo, spoke at the memorial and said the family and community were grieving for the unborn baby as well.
