Anchorage police have named the woman killed in Monday morning's fatal rollover crash on Minnesota Drive.

Julie Attina, 34, was the driver of a 1999 black Ford F-150 pickup truck which rolled just before 8 a.m. Monday, police said Tuesday. Her next of kin have been notified.

"[Attina], who was not wearing a seat belt, became pinned underneath and died at the scene," police wrote.

Responding officers found the crash site on Minnesota Drive, between Raspberry Road and International Airport Road.

Police say Attina's truck rolled over multiple times, according to a release from the department. She died at the scene.

One lane in the area was closed in both directions and drivers were asked to use alternate routes as police worked the scene. The crash site reopened a few hours later.

"Snowy and icy road conditions are believed to be a factor in this investigation," police wrote Tuesday.
