APD seeks man accused of kicking, headbutting girlfriend
Anchorage police are hoping the public can help track down a man accused of repeatedly assaulting his girlfriend.
The attacks were reported in September, but APD has yet to locate domestic-violence suspect Sir Toliver. Police say Toliver, 31, got into an argument with his girlfriend on Sept. 27 at a residence on the 4000 block of Parsons Avenue.
"When she attempted to leave, Toliver punched her in the face, bit her cheek, and headbutted her in the jaw leaving visible injuries," said APD spokeswoman Renee Oistad.
Oistad says the woman was treated at a hospital the next day, then left and went to pick up her personal belongings from the home.
"While holding his small child, Toliver pushed the victim down the stairs at their home," Oistad said. "After Toliver left with his son, the victim made a report with police."
APD obtained an arrest warrant for Toliver, who also has an outstanding warrant for failing to comply with conditions of probation stemming from a 2016 domestic-violence assault.
If you know where Toliver is, call APD at 311.
