Charlo Greene, whose real name is Charlene Egbe, has pled guilty to one felony count of misconduct involving a controlled substance and won't be charged with the 13 other drug charges she was accused of.

The charge stems from actions Greene took in 2015 when she wanted to open Alaska’s first medical marijuana dispensary.

Greene started the Alaska Cannabis Club, where she said members gave donations in order to consume marijuana on site. She claimed that as long as she wasn’t charging for the marijuana, her business was legal.

Anchorage police launched an investigation and made six undercover purchases from Greene’s business in 5 months -- eventually shutting it down and charging Greene in September 2015.

Greene faces a sentence of up to $10,000 but won’t do any jail time. Her sentencing is scheduled for November.
