A familiar face of Anchorage has been given a big-time honor.

State Rep. Lance Pruitt delivered Bobby Hill a legislative citation on Friday -- honoring him for 20 years of service as a member of Bartlett High School's football team and team manager.

Bobby lives with Down Syndrome, but that never stopped him from being an active member of his community.

He's widely known for being the "Horseman" who hyped up the crowd at Alaska Aces games -- which also landed him a spot in the Alaska Aces Hall of Fame.

The entire high school got to celebrate Bobby on Friday as they honored him during the homecoming assembly.
