One person was stabbed and wounded Saturday afternoon during a South Anchorage altercation, police said.

APD spokeswoman Kendra Doshier said that three men and a woman were involved in the encounter, on the 1300 block of West 77th Avenue. Dispatchers were first informed of the call at about 1:30 p.m.

No other victims or suspects are being sought in the incident. It wasn’t clear what prompted the assault, or what was used to stab the victim.

“It ended up being a dispute between four neighbors,” Doshier said.

The victim, one of the men, was taken to a local hospital with “minor non-life-threatening injuries,” Doshier said in an email.

One of the neighbors was held at the Anchorage Jail, and the other two were detained by police for questioning.
