Alaska State Troopers are asking the public for help locating a driver who threatened occupants of another vehicle with a gun Thursday night on the Glenn Highway near Palmer.

Word of the incident, near Mile 31 of the Glenn, reached troopers at about 9:40 p.m. Thursday according to an online dispatch.

“It was reported that a male in a 1995 green Ford Explorer bearing [Alaska license] plate KBC 946 pointed a firearm at another vehicle while passing,” troopers wrote.

Troopers spokeswoman Megan Peters said investigators hadn’t relayed any updates Friday on locating the suspect or vehicle involved.
