“AAA has always been about providing value and convenience, and that’s exactly what the new services at our Anchorage office will do,” Michelle Donati, a spokeswoman for AAA, said Tuesday. “Our goals are similarly aligned with the DMV; we're a member service organization, which is why we won't be taking any transaction fees for these services from our members, and they're available to everyone in Alaska -- not just AAA members.”

Marla Thompson, DMV’s director, said the division was “happy to have AAA as our newest business partner” among 12 statewide offering vehicle-related services.
