Earlier this month, Ketchikan police executed a search warrant in the 1900 block of Second Avenue, investigating drug sales and illegal firearms.
Officers seized nearly 34 grams of heroin, about $3500 in cash and drug sales paraphernalia. There were also two handguns taken, one of which had been stolen during a recent burglary.
Jeremy Ellis, 24, was charged with misconduct involving a controlled substance, theft, and two counts of misconduct involving weapons. He was taken to the State Jail and held without bail.
