Anchorage Police are asking for the public's help to find two who men who are wanted for robbing a sports store -- one of them is also a person of interest in a January homicide, authorities say.

APD has issued felony warrants for Aarron, Settje, 32, and Stephen Settje, 27. According to APD spokesperson Renee Oistad, Aarron shoplifted from the Sportsman's Warehouse on Old Seward Highway on Tuesday evening while Stephen threatened an employee with a gun.

"When store security confronted Aarron outside, he yelled for his friend who was waiting for him in a nearby vehicle," Oistad wrote. "That second male got out of the vehicle with a pistol and threatened store personnel."

Both men then left the scene; no one was hurt.

Oistad said police are trying to confirm the relation between the two men.

Aarron is also a person of interest in the homicide of Kortez Brown, who was shot and killed in Muldoon on January 13. Settje has five outstanding felony warrants and two outstanding misdemeanor warrants for seven other cases.

APD describes Aarron as a 5-foot-11 male who is around 230 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes. Stephen is 5-foot-10, 200 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
