3 wounded in east Anchorage shooting; police investigating
Anchorage Police say they're investigating another east Anchorage shooting that sent three people to the hospital with serious injuries on Sunday night.
APD responded to the 300 block of Bolin Street just after 8 p.m. in reference to a disturbance. When officers arrived, they found three adult males with serious gunshot wounds, police say. They were then rushed to a local hospital for treatment.
On Monday morning, APD spokesperson Nora Morse said two of the victims are in critical condition; the third male is expected to survive.
APD has no suspect information to release at this time. Morse said police believe the incident was drug related and not random.
No other details were given, including the names of the victims and what may have lead to the shooting.
