Gov. Bill Walker says he may call a special session at the end of October to address Alaska’s chronic multi-billion dollar budget deficits. One of those options might be to tap the earnings of the Permanent Fund, which Clem Tillion is already preparing to fight. We visited Tillion, a former president of the state senate, at his home in Halibut Cove – to find out why Tillion is a man on a mission.
