Stemming from a months-old case, a 43-year-old man was arrested Saturday after troopers discovered several stolen vehicles at a Wasilla home.

Alaska State Troopers arrested Allan Washburn at a home on Spence Lane in Wasilla. He is charged with seven counts of second-degree theft, scheme to defraud and two counts of fourth-degree misconduct involving controlled substances, according to an online dispatch.

In all, troopers — who launched an investigation based on a Feb. 7 case — recovered three ATVs, two snowmachines, two motorcycles and one trailer, all of which were stolen, troopers said. Controlled substances were also found.

Troopers also took 44-year-old Sheri Larsen and 34-year-old Heather Brown into custody. Larsen had an outstanding warrant for theft and contributing to the delinquency of a minor charges and Brown had three outstanding arrest warrants for driving with a revoked license.

All three were taken to the Mat-Su Pretrial Facility.
