The Department of Public Safety has issued a Silver Alert for a 64-year-old Oregon man last seen in Palmer Tuesday night.
Mat-Com Dispatch requested the Silver Activation for Cary Lowe after he was reported to have left his brother’s home in the area of S. Glenn Highway and E. Rebarcheck Avenue, near the Alaska State Fairgrounds, just before 11 p.m.
