Anchorage couple competes in cross-country reality show race
One Anchorage couple is competing for $25,000 on BYUtv’s new reality competition show “Relative Race.” The show features four team couples looking for unknown relatives during a 10-day race from San Francisco to New York.
The show doesn’t premier until Feb. 28, but Thursday morning Janice and Patrick Wright gave Daybreak a peek at what viewers can expect.
The couple said they had limited use of technology at their fingertips — including use of a smartphone or GPS — and were supplied with paper maps. The best part was meeting their long-lost relatives.
The winner will be announced on episode 10.
