Judge throws out Barrett's statement, indictment in Grunwald murder case
Judge Gregory Heath ruled statements Austin Barrett made to troopers should not have been used at grand jury, and dismissed the seven-count indictment. Barrett will stay in custody until the DA's office can file a new indictment.
