Weather throughout the region should begin to improve for the latter part of the week with a bit of sunshine heading our way by the weekend. Into the southeast you are going to continue to see quite a bit of rain the next few days. In the southwest you will see showers the next couple of days before things quiet down again. Things should remain relatively quiet in the Interior. 7 Day Forecast For Anchorage Overnight will be cloudy with an occasional shower possible. Lows will be in the 40s. Wednesday will be mostly cloudy with an isolated shower possible and highs in the low to mid 50s. Thursday through Saturday we will have mostly to partly cloudy skies with highs in the low 50s.
