Sunshine? Yes Please!Since Saturday the weather has continued to improve in south central.Since Saturday the weather has continued to improve in south central. We should get one more day of some nice weather before the clouds begin to move into the region. We will see a frontal boundry approaching the region on Thursday bringing with it clouds and some wet weather through the weekend. Out west the rain will continue though it should taper off to showers throughout the week. Into the Interior the afternoon and evening hit and miss showers and thunderstorms will continue much of the week. Down in the southeast the rain there will begin to taper off to showers tomorrow and some drier weather should head your way later this week. 7 Day Forecast For Anchorage Overnight skies will be partly cloudy with lows in the upper 40s to low 50s. Wednesday looks great with partly cloudy skies and a few isolated showers near the mountains. Highs will be 65 to 70 degrees. Thursday we will see increasing cloudiness with highs in the mid 60s. Friday through Sunday will be mostly cloudy with isolated showers possible. Highs will be in the low to mid 60s. Monday and Tuesday will be mostly to partly cloudy with highs in the mid 60s.
