We have had a cool and wet start to the month of August in south central Alaska.  The good news is that we are going to see a pattern change this week in our region.  Warmer, drier, and sunnier weather will return.  The bulk of the moisture the next few days will be found in southeast Alaska.  Out west a little disturbance will roll through Tuesday bringing a little wet weather, but drier weather will return Wednesday.  The Interior will also see a little wet weather on Tuesday, but should dry out as well by Wednesday.
