The wet weather returned to much of south central today.  It will be more of the same in the region for Wednesday.  An upper level area of low pressure is currently moving out of Bristol Bay and will be heading into the Gulf of Alaska by this time tomorrow.  This will keep the clouds and showers throughout the region tomorrow.  This low will stall out and weaken and we will see the showers diminish throughout the week.  We will also see a bit more sunshine breaking through those clouds each and everyday as we get closer to the weekend.  The Interior, southeast, and western half of the state have also been seeing some wet weather.  Most of the showers out west should wind down overnight and it will be a bit quieter tomorrow.  In the Interior showers will diminish throughout the week from west to east.  Into the southeast the showers will also diminish the next few days.
