July 2012 climate numbers for Anchorage, Annette, Barrow, Bethel, Cold Bay, Fairbanks, Juneau, King Salmon, Kodiak, Kotzebue, McGrath, Nome, St. Paul, Valdez, & Yakutat.  These numbers were compiled from data from the National Weather Service.

Anchorage -  for the month Anchorage had an average high of  62.0 degrees.  The normal average high for the month is 65.6 degrees.  As for snow 0.0’’ fell.  The average snowfall in July is 0.0’’.  As for total precipitation (rain and melted snow) Anchorage saw 2.14’’.  The average for the month is 1.83’’.  No daily record highs or lows were recorded for the month. 

Annette -  for the month Annette had an average high of 63.4 degrees.  The normal average high for the month is 64.4 degrees.  As for snow 0.0’’ fell.  The average snowfall in July is 0.0’’.  As for total precipitation (rain and melted snow) Annette saw 8.25’’.  The average for the month is 4.65’’.  No daily record highs were recorded.  Three daily record lows were recorded.  On July 3rd it dipped to 44 degrees, July 11th it dipped to 46 degrees, and July 12th it dipped to 45 degrees. 

Barrow -  for the month Barrow had an average high of 51.2 degrees.  The normal average high for the month is 46.8 degrees.  As for snow 0.2’’ fell.  The average snowfall in July is 0.2’’.  As for total precipitation (rain and melted snow) Barrow saw 0.54’’.  The average for the month is 0.98’’.  No daily record lows or highs were recorded for the month. 

Bethel -  for the month Bethel had an average high of 58.4 degrees. The normal average high for the month is 63.4 degrees.  As for snow 0.0’’ fell.  The average snowfall in July is 0.0’’.  As for total precipitation (rain and melted snow) Bethel saw 3.91’’.  The average for the month is 2.36’’.  No daily record highs or lows were recorded for the month.

Cold Bay-  for the month Cold Bay had an average high of 52.9 degrees.  The normal average high for the month is 55.3 degrees.  As for snow 0.0’’ fell.  The average snowfall in July is 0.0’’.  As for total precipitation (rain and melted snow) Cold Bay saw 2.19’’.  The average for the month is 2.48’’.  No daily record highs were recorded for the month.  One daily record low was recorded for the month.  On July 6th they dropped to 39 degrees. 

Fairbanks-  for the month Fairbanks had an average high of 69.7 degrees.  The normal average high for the month is 72.6 degrees.  As for snow 0.0’’ fell.  The average snowfall in July is 0.0’’.  As for total precipitation (rain and melted snow) Fairbanks saw 1.72’’.  The average for the month is 2.16’’.  No daily record highs or lows were recorded for the month.
