These numbers were compiled from data from the National Weather Service. Anchorage - for the month Anchorage had an average high of 47.9 degrees. The normal average high for the month is 44.6 degrees. As for snow 5.1’’ fell. The average snowfall in Apr. is 4.0’’. As for total precipitation (rain and melted snow) Anchorage saw 0.50’’. The average for the month is 0.47’’. No daily record lows or highs were recorded for the month. Annette - for the month Annette had an average high of 51.4 degrees. The normal average high for the month is 50.3 degrees. As for snow 0.8’’ fell. The average snowfall in Apr. is 1.4’’. As for total precipitation (rain and melted snow) Annette saw 4.52’’. The average for the month is 6.77’’. A daily record high of 62 degrees was recorded on April 18th. No daily record lows were recorded. Barrow - for the month Barrow had an average high of 10.2 degrees. The normal average high for the month is 8.6 degrees. As for snow 5.5’’ fell. The average snowfall in Apr. is 3.2’’. As for total precipitation (rain and melted snow) Barrow saw 0.17’’. The average for the month is 0.16’’. No daily record lows or highs were recorded for the month. The average snowfall in Apr. is 2.9’’. As for total precipitation (rain and melted snow) Fairbanks saw 0.07’’. The average for the month is 0.31’’. A daily record high of 61 degrees was recorded on April 16th. No daily record lows were recorded for the month. Juneau - for the month Juneau had an average high of 51.1 degrees. The normal average high for the month is 48.4 degrees. As for snow 0.0’’ fell. The average snowfall in Apr. is 1.1’’. As for total precipitation (rain and melted snow) Juneau saw 1.68’’. The average for the month is 2.94’’. Three daily record highs were recorded for the month. On April 12th it hit 62 degrees, on April 16th it hit 57 degrees, and on April 18th it hit 59 degrees.
