And Another One!

We're ending the week in style...

High pressure still holding strong, and that means another dandy is on tap. Thermometers in the Anchorage area clipped the 60 degree line on the thermometer yesterday. I think we should be in the same ballpark today, with the chance to beat it by a degree or two.

There's an area of clouds off to the east trying to rotate toward Anchorage, but it's competing with stubborn high pressure so I don't think they're quite going to make it.

Computer models are hinting at some moisture working into the Anchorage area by late Saturday, which means our pure sunshine might be filtered out by a few clouds around the time the sun "sets" late Saturday. Those scattered clouds should linger into Sunday, but I'm not forecasting anything falling from those clouds this weekend.

We could use some rain, but I don't think we'll be seeing much until next week. So if you're a fan of 60 and sunny, you're good to go. If you're not a fan, you'll get over it. It's 60 and sunny!

Have a great weekend!
