Light rain or drizzle will continue today into this evening with overcast skies in Anchorage with light snow generally confined to elevations above 1,000 feet. Accumulations of 1-3'' is possible along the Upper Hillside. As the weak disturbance responsible for the wet weather dissapates, the rain and snow chances will subside into tonight and tomorrow will be cloudy to mostly cloudy but drier. A high pressure ridge will build in out West bringing cooler but seasonable and dry weather for the rest of the week. So, most the vast majority of us in the Bowl, we will have a snow-free Halloween this year. Trick-or-treaters REJOICE!!
