ANCHORAGE, Alaska (AP) – Alaska State Troopers say a 29-year-old Soldotna man who was driving a commercial vehicle has died after a crash in the Homer area.

Troopers say Trevor Cunningham was ejected in the single-vehicle crash at mile 9.5 of East End Road. Troopers were called about the wreck shortly before 10:30 a.m. Wednesday.

According to troopers, Cunningham was inbound to Homer when his vehicle overturned, separating the tank from the frame.

Cunningham was taken to a local hospital, where he was declared dead.
