The Eye Team has confirmed that Hard Rock Cafe officials are in discussions with Peach Investments to turn the 4th Avenue Theatre into a Hard Rock Cafe.

Peach Investments bought the theatre back on May 21 at a foreclosure auction, but officials with the development company have remained tight lipped about their plans for the historic building.

Friday, a spokesperson for the Hard Rock Cafe has confirmed they are in real discussions to develop the theatre into Alaska's first Hard Rock Cafe.

Peach Investment officials will not comment on the discussions.
