Alaskans get a bird's-eye view of the winter terrain

ANCHORAGE – Take a drive down the Seward Highway and you may seem them — kite flyers, sometimes on skis, sometimes paragliding down the mountains.

But you can’t fly a kite without wind, so one group of adventure-seekers took matters into their own hands.
