A sport-utility vehicle crashed into a downtown Anchorage building early Saturday, but police said no injuries were reported in the wreck.
The single-vehicle crash took place at about 3:30 a.m. Saturday, police dispatchers said, with officers remaining at the scene through much of the morning.
A tow truck was removing a GMC Denali SUV from the storefront of local business CopyAlaska at about 9 a.m. Saturday. Officers at the scene declined to answer further questions about the incident.
A CopyAlaska employee said by phone that nobody was in the store at the time of the crash. The store isn’t open on weekends, so the crash didn’t immediately affect any customers.
