An Anchorage marijuana retailer says they're under investigation-- but they're still partially open for business.

Cannabaska closed their shop Friday after the retailer and cultivator was found by the Alcohol an Marijuana Control Office to improperly disposing of pot.

An employee said they were closed to allow the AMCO board to investigate their store.

The doors were open at Cannabaska Saturday as AMCO investigates the cultivator-- but pot is not on the menu.

The store says some items were taken by investigators, but they locked up others, like edibles, noting the date.

Cannabidiol and other items like t-shirts and pipes are still on sale.
