For many people, 50 is a big number. Some who turn that age dread it, others who've been married that long celebrate it. But for a group of former East High School students, 50 is the number of years since they graduated.

The East High class of 1968 has been planning their fiftieth reunion for the last year. Donna Williams, who is leading the effort, said so far, 63 out of a class of 564, have confirmed they are coming.

"I don't think we've ever had more than 40 people at a reunion so this is a really good turnout," said Williams.

The reunion will take place over three days starting on June 15. Williams said they would love to have more people attend. She encourages those with questions to email her at
