A second business fell victim to armed robbers Tuesday evening in Anchorage.

The Cash America in the 200 block of West Fireweed was robbed around 7:40. 

Anchorage Police spokesperson MJ Thim says three adult males entered the business with weapons, and one fired a shot.

The suspects smashed the glass counters and fled with multiple undisclosed items. 

No injuries were reported. 

APD is reviewing surveillance video, but ask any area businesses who may have seen something or caught the act on camera, to give them a call. 

Earlier in the evening, a man walked into a smoke shop in Spenard, fired a shot and robbed the business, APD says. The suspect fled and was the subject of a large search in Turnagain. APD took the person they believe fired the shot in that armed robbery into custody Around 8 Tuesday night.
