Anchorage police have identified the driver killed Sunday evening in a single-vehicle rollover crash on the Seward Highway, near the Tudor Road overpass.

Jasmin O’Neill, 31, was the sole occupant of the vehicle headed west on Tudor which launched off the Tudor overpass at about 8:15 p.m. Sunday. The SUV careened across the Seward’s northbound lanes, coming to rest upside-down on the southbound side of the highway.

“It will not be known if drugs or alcohol were a factor until toxicology results are received which will take several weeks,” police wrote.

Witnesses had reported that O’Neill’s vehicle was driving erratically near Lake Otis Parkway and Tudor before it turned west, striking at least one other vehicle in the moments before the fatal crash.
