The Art of Fandom exhibit will be coming to an end this weekend and the museum is ready to celebrate, with a half-price party.

On Wednesday, "Gryph", a fantasy Kirin and "Aayrick", a woodsman unicorn joined Daybreak with details.

"We were invited to be part of their exhibit, the Fandom exhibit, because we're part of the furry fandom," said Aayrick. "We have been going around, enjoying the exhibit, all the different art, different fandoms that have shown up there."

The exhibit is an homage to nostalgia and all things fandom. Gryph and Aayrick are part of their own subset of fandom, "Fursonas".

You can enjoy it too with a half-price party to celebrate the closing of the exhibit.

Anchorage Museum's Polar Nights Commemorating "The Art of Fandom" takes place Friday, March 16. You can get in for half-price from 6-9 p.m. -- with a group photo at 7:45 p.m.

You can purchase your tickets at the museum's website.
