After a 20 year career, Kikkan Randall is retiring from competitive cross-country skiing.

In fairytale fashion, she finished with a gold medal. The first Olympic medal of any color, for the U.S. Women's Cross-Country.

Randall spoke with KTVA 11s Emily Carlson from South Korea, where she said she couldn't have done it without the support from everyone back here in Alaska.
