One of the state's first legal marijuana businesses is in danger of losing its license.

Frozen Budz' license was suspended at the beginning of the month. The Marijuana Control Board says the company sold edible products that were not properly tested-- including "cannabanana bread" -- which the board claims tested positive for mold and with a THC level between two and three times the legal limit.

The board believes Frozen Budz sold more than 114,000 of these untested edibles.

The company is also accused of making and selling edibles that were not tracked properly and making products that are not approved for sale in Alaska.

The Marijuana Control Board also claims the Fairbanks-based business allowed on-site consumption-- which is illegal.
