Passing out in the middle of a street is never a good idea, as unnecessarily evidenced by an arrest made in Kenai over the weekend.

Around 1:40 in the morning Saturday, Kenai Police were called to the area of Forest and Fourth Streets after reports of someone who had possibly been struck by a vehicle and was lying in the roadway.

Police say their investigation revealed that 42-year-old Daniel Lusk was, in fact, not struck by a car, but rather that he was intoxicated and lying in the middle of the road.

Kenai Police charged Lusk with disorderly conduct and reckless endangerment.
