SHEL, an indie-folk band, is made of four sisters who are all classically trained. They are from Fort Collins, CO, but tour relentlessly, according to their website. The quartet will be playing at Taproot in Anchorage on Feb. 4.

That concert will be a part of the 5th Annual Let Every Woman Know Gynecologic Cancer Awareness and Arts of Healing Weekend event, aimed to help anyone who has been affected by gynecologic cancers, current or survivors. That event will also feature a performance by Underground Dance Company and the Super Saturated Sugar Strings.

The concert starts at 7 p.m. and goes until 1 a.m. at Taproot, Saturday Feb. 4. Tickets can be purchased on Taproot’s website.

The band’s latest album, “Just Crazy Enough,” is available now on iTunes.
