APD: 15-year-old reported missing, believed to be runaway
ANCHORAGE — The Anchorage Police Department is asking the public to keep an eye out for 15-year-old Myron Pindell, who was reported missing Tuesday.
In a statement, APD spokeswoman Renee Oistad said Myron was last seen taking the trash out around noon on Sunday at his sister’s house on the 6000 block of Debarr Road. In a phone interview, Oistad said police were told he left after an argument.
“While Myron has friends in the neighborhood, he is new to the state and isn’t overly familiar with Anchorage,” Oistad wrote.
Myron is 5-feet-3-inches tall and weighs roughly 100 pounds. Police did not have a description of what he was wearing when he was last seen.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call APD at 907-786-8900.
