Anchorage police say they are concerned about a missing woman who does not have medication she needs.
Police say they are looking for 54-year-old Beverly Ann Barker, who is homeless and had been staying in a tent near the 22200 block of Birchwood Loop Road in Chugiak, a Nixle alert said.
Barker was last seen on Oct. 22 at a grocery store in Chugiak, police added.
“There is concern for Barker’s well-being as she does not have medication with her that she needs for several medical conditions,” police wrote.
Police said Barker is 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighs 200 pounds and has either brown or graying brown hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information about Barker’s whereabouts is asked to contact Anchorage police at 907-786-8900, and reference case 16-45697.
