A third man has been charged in connection with an early morning East Anchorage shooting that left one dead, police say.

Nathaniel Terrell, 35, has been charged with second-degree murder and first-degree burglary in connection with the Aug. 23 shooting of 19-year-old Byzantium Hill at a home on Lane Street, according to a statement from Anchorage Police Department spokesperson Jennifer Castro.

Terrell’s initial bail was set at $500,000, cash only, plus a third-party custodian.

Christopher Jon Winters and Quinton Henderson, both 38, have already been charged. According to APD, residents of the Lane Street home owed a debt to Winters.

Anchorage police say the homicide investigation is ongoing and there could be more suspects and charges filed. APD asks anyone with information to contact the department at 786-8900 and press “0” to speak with a dispatcher.
