Soon, the University of Alaska Anchorage gymnastics program will have a different look. Not on the roster or the equipment, or even the venue.


It will be the coach.


Next fall, someone other than Paul Stoklos will be at the helm.


For 33 years, coaching the women’s gymnastic team at UAA has been his pride and passion. He’s the only head coach the program has ever known.


Now Stoklos has decided the time is right is right to step aside. John Thompson sat down with him to discuss the decision.
