During National Travel and Tourism Week, Visit Anchorage will be hosting its Frontline Tradeshow on Thursday, May 11.

The show is designed to educate the people who work on the tourism industry’s frontlines, but is open to the general public. It will also show off what’s new at local restaurants, new products, hotel amenities, tour itineraries and more. According to Visit Anchorage’s CEO Julie Saupe, there will be door prizes and puppies, courtesy of a sled dog company.

It will be from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., at the Dena’ina Civic and Convention Center on 7th Avenue in downtown Anchorage.
